BLOGGING ABOUT PERSONAL HEALTH

MY CURRENT APPROACH TO MY PERSONAL HEALTH INVOLVES EXERCISING 3 OR 4 DAYS A WEEK, TAKING MY DAILY VITAMINS AND A HEART HEALTHY ASPIRIN, KEEPING BUSY WITH SATISFYING LEISURE ACTIVITIES AND WATCHING MY DIET.  EACH DAY I TAKE A MULTI VITAMIN PLUS EXTRA VITAMIN C, D3 AND FISH OIL AND HAVE JUST ADDED EXTRA CALCIUM.  I HAVE ALSO BEEN TAKING AN 80 MILIGRAM ASPIRIN FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS.  I TRY TO FLOSS REGULARLY, BUT DEFINITELY NEED TO IMPROVE
 MY "REGULARLY" GENE.  I'M DOING YOGA, PILATES AND AQUA CLASSES AND AM
LOVING MY YOGA..I TRY TO WATCH MY DIET - BUT AM ALWAYS ON A QUEST TO LOSE
THAT EXTRA "10" POUNDS.

    Aside from not being consistently regular at flossing, do you run into any other challenges when trying to keep your health routine?

  2. YES, WATCHING MY DIET IS A BIG ONE.....AND IT IS PARTICULARLY DIFFICULT RECENTLY AS MY HUSBAND LIKES TO COME HOME FROM WORK AND GO TO THE HEALTHCLUB
    FOR A SAUNA. ALTHOUGH THIS IS A POSITIVE FOR HIS
    HEALTH - THE FACT THAT WE DON'T EAT DINNER EVERY
    NIGHT UNTIL 8 PM IS A REAL NEGATIVE WHEN YOU'RE
    TRYING TO DIET.
